A practical spare wheel that is puncture-proof and easy to fit. The wheelbarrow tyre is made of solid PU rubber, which means you won’t have to worry about flat tyres and won’t need to re-inflate it. PU is a fine-pored solid material that compacts on the surface to form a puncture-proof layer. This material is particularly common in tyres for wheelbarrows, lawn tractors and forklift trucks. The tyre is not only suitable as a spare, but can also fully replace the wheelbarrow’s current wheel. Furthermore, the solid rubber wheelbarrow tyre is mounted on a steel rim, making it particularly robust and resistant to uneven ground or sharp objects. Flat tyres are therefore a thing of the past. With a load capacity of 200 kg, the wheel is very robust. Even when carrying 200 kg, the wheel runs smoothly and quietly. Tip: Do not leave the tyre under heavy load for long periods, as this can lead to what is known as a ‘flat spot’. If this does happen, the tyre will slowly return to its round shape once the load is removed. You’ll also receive an axle for the wheel, so you can fit the solid rubber tyre directly onto your wheelbarrow. The wheel has a diamond-pattern tread for extra grip and is black with a silver-coloured steel rim. This means your wheelbarrow is ready for use again straight away – and with free delivery!
