With its diameter of 122 cm and robust jumping surface (90 cm), it is ideal for effective cardio training, balance exercises and coordination. The padded handle provides additional support and safety, especially for more intensive jumps. Thanks to the 4-way height adjustment, the handle can be individually adapted to your height.
